Entrevista realizada en marzo de 2018
Nyto Rukeli, rapero, afronta una condena de 2 años y un día de cárcel, 4.800 euros de multa e inhabilitación absoluta durante 8 años y un día por enaltecimiento del terrorismo, delito de odio, organización ilícita e incitación a la violencia, entre otros, debido al contenido de sus canciones.
En diciembre de 2017 fue citado junto a otros 11 raperos en la Audiencia Nacional por estos hechos.
Amnistía Internacional publicó en febrero de 2018 un informe denunciando la falta de libertad de expresión en el Estado Español, y el uso abusivo del delito de ‘enaltecimiento del terrorismo’, aludiendo casos como éste. Posteriormente, ha puesto en marcha una campaña a favor de la libertad de expresión y contra la sanción del enaltecimiento del terrorismo y la humillación a las víctimas.

Nyto Rukeli, rapper, faces a sentence of 2 years and a day in prison, 4.800 euros of fine and absolute disqualification for 8 years and one day for enhancement of terrorism, offence of hatred, illicit organization and incitement to violence, among others, due to the content of their songs.
In December 2017 he was quoted with 11 other rappers at the National High Court for these events.
Amnesty International published in February 2018 a report denouncing the lack of freedom of expression in the Spanish State, and the abusive use of the crime of ‘ enhancement of terrorism ‘, referring to cases like this. Subsequently, it has launched a campaign for freedom of expression and against the sanction of the enhancement of terrorism and the humiliation of the victims.
